Keto Veg Spinach Waffles (Eggless)

Spinach is one vegetable which is highly recommended to be eaten every day in the Keto diet. It is rich in Magnesium and many other minerals. So we need great ideas to have this vegetable every day. So try this Recipe and you will surely love it.

Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 20 mins
Serves: 2

Ingredients 
Spinach finely chopped 100g
Almond flour1/3cup
Cheese 50g
salt 1/2 tsp 
Baking powder, 1/2 tsp 
Olive oil 2 tbsp 
Garlic chopped finely 2
Sliced Black Olives

Method 

  • In a mixing bowl add almond flour, salt, baking powder and mix thoroughly. 
  • Now add chopped Spinach, cheese and oil and mix well. No water is added. 
  • Now grease the waffle plate of a waffle maker, I have used silicone waffle maker. 
  • Now put sliced black olives 3-4 pieces depending upon the shape of the waffle mould. 
  • Spread the mixture on the waffle moulds (it would make 4-5 waffles depending upon the size). 
  •  I have used silicone mould, so I have preheated the oven to 200c and now going to bake it for 20 mins. 
  • Take it out and let it cool for 5 mins. 
  • Then slap it on a plate upside down and slowly unmold it.
  • Serve hot. 

  • Note: If using a waffle maker heat the waffle tray and grease it, then put sliced olives and then spread the mixture. It will take about 4-5 mins, take it out and serve hot.
