90 Sec Keto Eggless Mug Bread

Keto Mug bread, have been hearing this from so many days. But an Eggless and that even an Easy version with minimal ingredients is the Key of this Recipe. So enjoy making a Quick Keto Eggless Mug bread 90sec.


Preparation time: 5 mins
Cookin time: 90 secs
Serves: 4 piece

Ingredients
Almond flour 35g
Flaxseed flour 10g 
Oil 2 tbsp 
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Cream 1 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp


Method 
Grease a Mug with oil. 
Add almond flour, Flaxseed flour, baking powder and mix it well. 
Add all the remaining Ingredients and Microwave it for 90 secs. 
Take it out and let it cool for 10 mins. 
Take it out on a plate by inverting the cup on a plate, lightly tapping the back of the cup. 
Or just scrape the sides with a knife and then take the bread out. 
Slice the bread into 4 pieces carefully. 
Serve as Toast, Sandwiches, etc. 

Note: It may take 30 secs more depending upon the wattage of your Microwave.
Before Microwaving you can add garlic chilli flakes, salt or any other ingredients of your choice. 
Store in the fridge and u can use it for 2 - 3 days.
