Keto Flaxseed Crackers

Keto Flaxseed Cracker, as the name suggests is like chips which you can store and munch whenever you feel like. It can be your readymade Nachos, or biscuits whenever you feel like to have it. This you can have alone or serve with dip, gravies and sauces too. 


Preparation time:20 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins / batch

Ingredients
Flaxseed flour 1 cup
Chia seed 1/2 cup
Pumpkin seed 30g
Sunflower seeds 30g
Salt 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin seed powder 1 tsp 
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Olive Oil 1 tbsp 
Water 1 cup
Cheese 100g
Keep it aside for 5 mins

Method 
  • In a mixing bowl add Flaxseed flour and Chia seeds. 
  • Mix water and keep it aside for 5 mins. 
  • It will thicken and form a soft dough. 
  • Now add all the remaining dry ingredients and oil. 
  • Mix the dough properly. 
  • Divide it into 2 portions. 
  • In one portion mix the cheese properly. 
  • Now take a parchment sheet. 
  • Apply oil to it and also to the palm of your hands. 
  • Flatten the cheese ball with your hand on the paper as thin as possible. 
  • Now cut into square shape with your knife or pizza cutter. 
  • Bake it in a preheated oven at 200c for 20 mins or more. 
  • Take it out and cool it. 
  • Repeat the same for the second portion too. 
  • Cool it and store it in an airtight container. 

Note:  Note: You can add your choice of seasoning too, like garlic & herbs.
