Keto Pav Bhaji (Veg & Eggless)

Keto Pav Bhaji is a famous Street food of Mumbai in India. One can call it an Indian Spicy Risotto too. It's an easy and a Quickie version. And I have given a twist by serving this with Grilled Paneer Slices. So make it and enjoy.

Method
  • Chop all the vegetables viz onion, Cauliflower  & capsicum in a chopper or food processor one by one.
  • Heat a nonstick pan, and add butter to it.
  • Add garlic, Saute it and add then add onions.
  • Saute it till golden and then add capsicum.
  • Saute again for 2 mins and then add Cauliflower.
  • Now add salt and turmeric powder and mix it.
  • Then add water and cover and cook for 5 mins until vegetables turn tender.
  • Now add pav bhaji masala, chilli powder and tomato puree and mix and let it cook for 10mins, stirring occasionally.

For the Pav
  • Cut paneer into slices like bread. It will make 6 slices out of it.
  • Heat a grill pan.
  • Add butter, melt it and place the paneer slices. Sprinkle salt over it.
  • Grill it from both the sides until golden.

Finale
  • On a plate serve the Bhaji in a flattened bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander and onions.
  • Put some butter on top.
  • Serve this with Lemon wedges and 2 grilled Paneer slices as shown in the video.

Note: I have used paneer and it tasted awesome. If u want authenticity then serve with buttered keto bread (https://youtu.be/KnzNkwT0psw) toasted on a pan.
