Keto Stuffed Snake Gourd Standup

Snake gourd is one vegetable which is full of nutrients that helps clean Toxins from the Liver, Kidney and Pancreas. And with 0.9g Net Carb, it should become one of the favourites in Keto Diet. 


Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins in Oven or 3 mins in Microwave
Serves: 2

Ingredients 
Snake gourd 200g
Paneer 150g
Cheese grated 50g 
Garlic finely chopped 2 pods
Mixed Herbs 1 tsp
Chilli flakes  1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce 1 tsp
Oil for greasing 1 tsp

Method 
  • Cut Snake gourd into 2-inch pieces. 
  • Now scoop out the seeds totally, it resembles a hollow cylinder.
  • Now in a bowl add all the remaining ingredient except oil and mix it thoroughly. 
  • Now stuff the snake gourd pieces from both the ends until it is stuffed thoroughly. 
  • Repeat for all the pieces. 
  • Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 200c
  • Now take an Oven proof dish and grease all the pieces of snake gourd and place it on the dish. 
  • Bake it for 15-20 mins until done. 
  • Optionally you can microwave it even for 3 mins. 
  • Take it out an relish it with red chilli sauce or your favourite dip.
