Keto Shahi Paneer

Keto Shahi paneer is a  Yellow gravy dish. This is the third rich gravy dish I am posting. . Previously I had posted a green gravy dish https://youtu.be/L68qbktlqqI  & a White Gravy dish https://youtu.be/2xcXRJp3uIA You would love this dish too. You can serve this with Rotis, Tortillas, Naan or crackers, or can enjoy it like this.



Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
Serves: 4

Ingredients
Step 1
Ghee 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Cardamom 2
Cloves 2
cinnamon stick 1 piece
Bay leaf 1 piece
 dry red chillies 3-4 pieces
Garlic cloves 4-5pieces
Almond 30 g
Onion100g
Tomatoes 100g
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander powder2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp

Step 2
Ghee 1 tbsp
cumin seeds 1 tsp
Paneer cubes 200g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Dry Fenugreek leaves 2 tsp
Cream 2 tsp

Method
Step 1
Heat a pan
Add ghee
Then add one by one all the ingredients sautéing a bit in between.
Sure till the onion tomatoes become tender.
Transfer into a jar of the mixer and form a paste

Step2
Heat a pan
Add ghee to it.
Then Add cumin seeds
Sauté till it turns golden.
Then add the churned paste of step 1.
Stir and sauce.
Then add the paneer cubes.
Sauté it.
Then add salt.
Meanwhile, dry roast the fenugreek leaves in a microwave for 40 sec or one can dry roast in a pan too.
Now add cream to it.
Stir until bubbles come up.
Take it out in a bowl
Garnish it with dry fenugreek leaves by rubbing in-between the palm and sprinkle c4eam also.
Serve this with your Naan, Tortilla, or Crackers too.
