Keto Blooming Onion Eggless

This is a very Eye Appealing Dish, and its beauty will engulf you. It's equally delicious and very easy to prepare. Being on keto not much onion is allowed But few petals of the flower will satiate you completely. Enjoy!!!


Preparation Time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins 
Serves: 4 flowers

Ingredients
Onion medium size: 4 about 400g
Cheese 80g
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp

For the dip
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Cheese spread 1 tbsp
Salt  to taste

For Baking
Aluminium sheet


Method
Remove the skin of the Onio by slicing the head of the onion and keeping its root intact.
Now place the root portion on top and make deep cuts in the onion by rotating the onions.
Follow the same for all the onions.
When you turn the onions upside down it will have cuts which will give the look of petals.
Take a small bowl and add all the remaining ingredients to it.
Give it a good mix.
Now take each onion and stuff the mix in it, by trying to open some of the petals without breaking of the petals.
Similarly, stuff  all the onions

For the dip
Take a mixing bowl to add all the ingredients and give a good mix.


For Baking
Preheat the oven at 200c
In a baking tray or put all the onions on it and cover it with the Aluminium foil as shown in the video.
Bake for 15-20 mins.
Take it out and serve hot with the dip.
