Keto Grilled Sandwiches (Veg & Eggless)

A Super Easy & a Super tasty Dish which can be prepared in minutes, Without the fear of crossing your macros.

Serves: 4

Ingredient
Paneer 200g
Capsicum finely chopped 20g
Onion finely chopped 20g
Tomato finely chopped 20g
Cucumber finemy chopped 20g
Coriander finely chopped 1 tbsp
Cheese grated 20g
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Oil/ butter for grilling 1 tbsp

Method

  • Slice the Paneer block  into thin square slice so that it can be used as bread for the sandwich
  • Now in a mixing bowl add all the remaining ingredients except oil/bitter and give a mix.
  • Place a portion of the mixture between two slices of paneer.
  • Follow this for all the slices.
  • Now heat a grill pan and grease with oil/butter.
  • Place the Paneer sandwiches on the grill pan and sprinkle oil and let it cook from both the sides.
  • Cook all the sandwiches and serve hot with green chutney.
  • Enjoy!!!
