Keto Travel Foods/Instant Soup Mix

Now no more worries when travelling, I have tried to create Keto  Instant Foods, which one can carry while travelling. They are very easy to prepare and a boon for Keto Travellers. Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 10 mins
Serves: 5

Ingredients
Roasted Almond 1
Cheese slice 2
Salt 1&1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Ginger - garlic powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp

Method

• On a Parchment paper spread the cheese slices and slice them into fine cubes.
• Microwave for 2 mins until Crispy.
• Transfer to a bowl.
• Now grind the roasted almonds to a fine powder.
• Transfer the powder in a big bowl and mix all the remaining ingredients including the cheese crispies.
• Now the Soup Mix is ready.
• Transfer into small Ziplock packs or in an airtight container.

Making of the Instant Soup

• Take boiling water from the Electric kettle in a mug. Transfer 3 tbsp of the mix into it and stir it vigorously for 1  min.
• The Soup is ready to be served.
• Enjoy

Recipe Notes:

• One can Grill the cheese for 8-10 mins too.
• Create different flavours by changing the dried herbs.
