Keto No-cook Pizza Bomb/Cheese Balls (Eggless)

A pizza bomb / Cheese ball and that even no cooking required, no oven, no gas stove. This truly is an amazingly tasty dish which will linger your taste buds, and you would love to continue feasting on it.



Preparation time: 10 mins
Resting time: 30 mins
Serves: 9 balls

Ingredients
For the mixture
Paneer 200g
Cheese grated 100g
Red chilli powder1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic powder 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp

For the dry mix
Coriander finely chopped or any fresh herb finely chopped
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Pizza Seasoning powder 1 tsp

Assembling
Oil for greasing palms

Method
For the mixture

  • In a grinder jar of the mixer add all the ingredients of the mixture and churn it.
  • Take the mixture out in a bowl
  • Now grease your palm and make small balls out of the mixture and place it on the plate.
  • Refrigerate these balls for at least 1/2 hr.

For the dry mix

  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a plate.

Assembling

  • Take out the pizza bomb and roll it over the dry mixture and keep aside on a serving tray.
  • Do this step for all the pizza bomb.
  • Serve like this or with a dip if you want.
