Keto Eggless Buns/Pav

This is such an easy Super-duper  Recipe of Burger Buns, that you are going to make it one if your staple Menu without the guilt.
So go on make these Easy Eggless BUNS and make your Protein patties and enjoy it or just Toast it, or have it with any Gravy. Make and store them. A recipe by The Carine of @sweetashoney.co, and I am loving it.


Preparation time: 10 mins
Baking time: 35-40 mins
Serves: 8

Ingredients
Dry Mix
Coconut flour/desiccated 1 cup/130g
Psyllium husk1/4 cup /18g
Almond flour1/2 /60g
Sea salt 1/4 tsp
Baking powder/ soda 2 tsp

Wet Mix
Apple cider vinegar 2 tsp /lemon juice
Oil 2 tbsp
Water warm 1cup

Method
Preheat the oven to 200°c
In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix it thoroughly.
Then add all the wet ingredients and mix it gently.
Knead the dough
Now make small balls out of it and pat it softly between your palm and place the buns on to a baking tray.
Bake it for 35-40 minutes
Take it out and let it cool
Store in the fridge, and use as required.
Make Burgers or Toast it, whichever way you want to have.

Recipe Note:
The bun may turn pink from inside as mine, this is due to the brand of psyllium husk, do change the brand if it intimidates you.

    i made the buns today i have few questions
    1 cup warm water was not enough to make the it took 2 cups to make a dough like yours
    its been 1 hour in the oven and its still not cooked from inside
    please advise

    1. Mine too took more water, but that is ok as long as your dough is not too wet. This recipe is the best I have ever tried. Maybe your oven was not on full heat when you put the buns in. Mine i did cook for 25 mins but 20 mins would have been enough.
      Good luck - try again - it is the best recipe out there
