Delicious Rajma Brownies (Kidney Beans) (Eggless & Nonketo)

Brownies till date I thought was only made of 2 key ingredients flour & chocolates.
But I am wrong, it's actually a very Versatile dish. Well, whatever the Ingredients I can dig into it anytime. But these Brownies are just GUILTFREE & AWESOME and above all, they are PROTEIN RICH, GLUTENFREE & HEALTHY. And you have to Make & Eat it to believe me.


Preparation time: 10 mins
Baking time: 40 mins
Serves: 16 pieces

Ingredients
For the Batter
Flaxseed flour 2 tbsp
Water 6 tbsp
Kidney beans 1 cup
Walnuts 1/2 cup
Brown sugar 1/2 cup
Peanut butter 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder 3/4 cup
Honey 3 tbsp

For the Toppings
Walnuts chopped 1/4 cup
Brown sugar 1/4 cup

Method
Batter

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • In a small bowl mix flaxseed flour with water and keep it aside.
  • In a Mixy jar add walnuts and brown sugar and churn.
  • Then add all the remaining ingredients and blend it thoroughly
  • Now line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Transfer the content of the mixer jar into it.

Toppings

  • Mix the toppings together and sprinkle over the brownie batter.

Finale

  • Bake it for at least 40 minutes.
  • Take it out and ket it cool
  • Slice it into squares.
  • Now indulge into the goodness of the Brownies guiltfree.
  • Enjoy!!!
