3 Creative Ways to Use Hummus(Healthy & Nonketo)

Hummus is a Lebanese dish and it's a universal spread which is super healthy. It's super rich in fibre and proteins too.
I am sharing 3 different creative Recipes using the Hummus, and they are very easy and tasty too.


Ingredients 
Hummus Bread Roll
Hummus1 tbsp for each slice
Brown bread slices
Carrot julienned 1 tbsp for each slice
Lettuce/cabbage shredded 1 tbsp for each slice

Hummus Quesadillas
Hummus spread 2 tbsp for each tortilla
Tortillas/Roti/Chapati
Red cabbage shredded 2 tbsp
Colourful capsicum strips 50g  for each tortilla
Tomatoes chopped 30g  for each tortilla
Green chillies finely chopped according to taste
Hung curd 1 tbsp for each tortilla
Parsley /coriander leaves chopped

Hummus Salad (for 2 serving)
Cucumber chopped
Colourful capsicum chopped
Onions singles
Tomatoes chopped
Lettuce leaves torn
For the salad dressing
Hummus 2 tbsp
Red chilli sauce 1 tsp
Hung curd
Olive oil
Red chilli flakes


Method
Hummus Bread Roll
Cut the sides of the brown bread and roll it thin with the help of a rolling pin.
Spread the carrot and lettuce shreds on it and roll it tightly.
Heat a nonstick pan and grease it.
Roast it from all the sides. 
Slice each roll into 3 portions and serve hot.
Enjoy!!!

Hummus Quesadillas
Spread the hummus on the tortilla evenly. now on one half of the tortilla put the veggies and the curd. 
fold the other half of the tortilla over the stuffing. press it. 
Heat a nonstick pan and grease it.
Roast it from all the sides. 
Slice each into 2 portions and serve hot.
Enjoy!!!

Hummus Salad 
Put all the veggies in a bowl.
Now mix the salad dressing well and drop it over the salad bowl.
mix it thoroughly by tossing and turning gently. 
Enjoy!!!
