Whole Wheat Flour Choco-chip Cupcakes | Eggless

Whole wheat flour Cupcakes are healthy options than the refined flour options available.  It's easy to make Cupcakes which one can make and enjoy guiltfree. One can make Sugar free also just exchange the powdered sugar measurements with the sugarfree used with the mentioned exchange.


Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 20-25 mins
Serves: 8

Ingredients
Wet Mix
Curd 1 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Dry Mix
Whole wheat flour 1&1/4 cup
Sugar powdered 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Salt a pinch
Chocolate chips 1/4 cup

Method
Preheat the oven to 180°c
Mix all wet ingredients bun a bowl with a whipper or electronic blender.
Place a sieve on top of the wet mix bowl and put all the dry ingredients into it except the chocolate chips.
Sieve it and then mix the ingredients folding it in until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
Then add the chocolate chips keeping a fistful for topping.
Mix it.
Grease a nonstick muffin baking tray or put cup liners into the moulds.
Drop the batter into it.
Top all the cupcake batter with the remaining chocolate chips.
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Take it out and do the toothpick test. If it clean, the cupcakes are done.
Let it cool.
Demould it.
Serve with your tea, coffee or top it with Icecream or as it is.
