Mahalabia is a very famous Arabic
sweet/dessert which is specially made for the Iftar during this holy month of
Ramadan. And the Keto version can beat the original in taste and looks too.

Ingredients
Almond
milk 200ml
Cream
100g
Almond
flour 3 tbsp
Erythritol
3 tbsp
Rose
water 1 tsp
Cardamom
powder 1/2 tsp
Finale
Pistachios
finely sliced 2 tbsp
Method
- Mix the almond flour with little almond milk and make a liquid paste out of it.
- Heat a nonstick pan and drop the remaining almond milk in it.
- Drop the paste.
- Then add cream to it.
- Add the sugarfree erythritol
- Stir it intermittently.
- As it thickens add the rose water and the cardamom powder.
- Let it thicken, stir in between.
- Check by a spoon, if the spoon gets coated, it's done.
- Shut the stove and let it cool.
- Transfer it into 4 small bowls.
Finale
- Now with the pistachio slivers decorate the Mahalabia dessert as shown in the video.
- Chill it for 2-3 hrs.
- Enjoy!!!
