Ramadan Special Veg Seekh Kabab with Raw Papaya(Healthy & Nonketo)


Ramadan the holy festival is going on. Having healthy and lite food is the key to follow during this period. These veg seekh kababs are made with raw papaya which is a very healthy vegetable and fruit also. And the best way to enjoy its health benefit without any rejection is to hide it in this very tasty recipe of seekh kababs. Enjoy!!!


Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
Serves: 8 pieces

Ingredients
Papaya raw grated 200g
Potato boiled 200g
Paneer 150g
Bread slice 3pieces
Roasted gram flour 2 tbsp
Salt1 tsp
Cumin roasted powder 1 tsp
All spice/garam masala
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Dry mango powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp
Garlic grated 1 tsp
Ginger grated 1 tsp
Green chillies finely chopped 1 tsp

Finale
Skewer stick 8 pieces
Oil 2 tbsp

Method
In a big mixing bowl mix all the ingredients thoroughly until it forms a dough like.

Grease your palm with oil.
Take a skewer and a portion of the dough and roll out the mix over the stick in a cylindrical manner.
Similarly, roll out all the dough.
Heat a grill pan and grease with oil with a brush.
Now put the kebab sticks on it, and let it cook on medium to slow flame from all sides.
Similarly, Cook all the kebab sticks.
Serve on a plate with onion rings and potato wedges.
