Keto Apple Cobbler | Low carb Dessert

Apple cobbler is a favourite dessert for my family. So when I was making this for my family, even I wanted to have.  But on Keto, as you know apples are not allowed. But that does not keep me away from this lovely dish. So here's the Keto version of the Famous Apple  Cobbler with almost the same taste and flavours.  Enjoy!!!

Preparation time:10 mins
Baking time: 15 mins
Serves: 6

Ingredients
Mixture 1
Pumpkin steamed /half boiled small cubes 150g
Coconut desiccated 2 tbsp
Cinnamon powder 1/2tsp
Sugarfree stevia 2 tbsp

Mixture 2
Almond flour 1/2 cup
Sugarfree stevia 1/4 cup
Cream 1/4 cup
Cinnamon powder 12 tsp
Butter 50g

Finale
Butter 5g

Method
Preheat the oven to 200°c

Mixture 1
In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix it thoroughly.

Mixture 2
In another bowl add all the ingredients and give a good mix.

Finale
Grease a baking dish with the butter.
Now pour the mixture 1 and spread it out evenly.
Add the Mixture 2 over the Mixture 1 and spread it out evenly.
Bake at 200°c for 20-25  minutes.
Take it out and let it cools a bit.
Enjoy !!!
