2 in 1 Keto Cabbage Casserole & Keto Cabbage Creamy Salad

Cabbage is one vegetable which I found has not been given its due credit in Keto Diet. It is as versatile as Cauliflower and to my use I found it to be more happening also. Here I am using it for a basic salad and casserole. And sooner in future will be sharing many versatile recipes of it. The beauty of this recipe is that it can be used in 2 way. And it totally changes the flavor when baked. So one dish prepared in bulk and used in 2 way for a taste change.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Baking time: 15 minutes
Serves: 3

Ingredients
Step 1
Paneer/ricotta cheese 100g
Hung curd/greek yogurt 2 tbsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Cheese grated 40g
Garlic finely chopped 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Red chili flakes1 tsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Cabbage chopped 100g
Spring onion chopped 1 piece
Olive oil 2 tbsp

Finale
Cheese grated 40g

Method
Step 1
In a big mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients, mashing it so that all the flavors get incorporated into each other.

For Keto Cabbage creamy Salad

  • Serve it with basil leaves.

For keto Cabbage Casserole

  • Heat the oven to 200°c
  • Grease a baking dish.
  • Transfer the mixture into it.
  • Sprinkle cheese over it.
  • Bake at 200c for 15 mins till the cheese takes a golden color.
  • Alternately in a Convection microwave bake at combination 1 that is Microwave with Grilling for 7 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!!!
