1 Carb Keto Crackers in 2 Minutes

This is unbelievable, now guiltfree. I can munch on these crackers as much as I want. They are Net 1 Carb per Serving, and plus they can be prepared in just 2 minutes. What more can one ask? But don't forget to use almond flour with skin.
This being net 1 carb I did not know when I made the video, but when did the calculation, I was jumping with joy. Enjoy!!!

Preparation time:10 minutes
Cooking time: 2 minutes
Serves:2

Ingredients
Almond flour with skin 1/3 cup
Flaxseed flour 1/3 cup
Oil 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Dried herbs 1 tsp
Water 1 tbsp

Method
  • In a mixing bow add the dry ingredients  and give it a good mix.
  • Now add the water and mix it by literally mashing the mixture into each other, until it forms a tight dough.
  • Now grease 2 sheets of parchment paper.
  • Roll out the dough in between the paper.
  • Then remove the top layer of the parchment paper and fold the parchment paper in such a way that one can roll the dough into a rectangular shape.
  • Cover it  again and roll until it forms a thin layer.
  • Remove the top layer of paper.
  • With the help of the scissor cut the corner of the parchment paper into rounds so that it's easier for the paper to rotate in the microwave.
  • Now with the help of pizza cutter cut the rolled dough into small squares and put it for microwaving for 2 minutes.
  • It will be done if not microwave again for10-15 seconds more.
  • Take it out and let it cool.
  • Now break al the pieces and store in an airtight  container.
  • Enjoy!!!
