Cheesy Sweet Corn Muffins | Easy Breakfast Recipe

Muffins and especially the savoury ones are so much fun to have as Breakfast or as finger food or as a carrying food. Just pick 2-3 pieces and your meal is done. I love it. Enjoy!!!


Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 25 mins
Serves: 12 muffins

Ingredients
Step 1
All purpose flour/maida 1 cup
Oats flour 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Step 2
Wet Ingredients bowl
Oil 12 cup
Curd 1/2 cup
Milk 12 cup
Garlic minced 1 tbsp
Corn kernels 200g
Cheese 80g
Thyme herb 1 tsp

Finale
Oil 1tbsp
Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp

Method
Step 1
  • Put a sieve on a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and sieve it.
Step 2
  • In a big mixing bowl mix all the ingredients one by one thoroughly.
Finale
  • Preheat the oven to 180°c.
  • Now mix the dry ingredients in the wet ingredient bowl.
  • Grease the muffin moulds.
  • Fill the moulds 3/4th.
  • Bake at 180°c for 15 mins and then bake at 200°c for 10 mins.
  • Take it out.
  • Do the toothpick test. If it's clear,it means it's done.
  • If not bake for 5 mins more.
  • Take it out and cool it.
  • Enjoy!!!
