Winter season is the apt time for making lovely fruit cakes. And one such fruit cake
is strawberry cake. This cake is inspired by Bake with Shivesh. And it turned out super tasty and a very easy cake to
make with simple ingredients. Enjoy!!!

Serves: 9 pieces
Ingredients

flour 1 & 1/2 cup

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180c
Step 1
- Puree the strawberries in a mixer jar.
Step 2
- In a big mixing bowl add all the ingredients one by one and mix it thoroughly.
- Then add the strawberry puree and mix it. Keep it aside.
Step 3
- In another big mixing bowl place a sieve and drop the wheat flour and the baking powder and sieve it.
Finale
- Now slowly drop the dry ingredient mix in the wet ingredient bowl half at one time and mix it thoroughly and then drop the remaining and give a magic mix.
- Grease a baking dish and place a parchment sheet at the bottom.
- Drop the batter into it.
- Flatten it out.
- Now place the sliced strawberry slices on it by pressing it a little.
- Bake at 180c for 30 mins and at 200c for 10 mins to give a golden crust.
- Take it out and let it cool.
- Loosen the sides with a knife.
- Transfer on a plate.
- Slice and enjoy with Tea or with icecream.
