Quinoa-Oats Gingerbread Pancakes | Glutenfree & Eggless

Gingerbread ingredients, when added to any recipe, gives an authentic taste to the recipe and the whole house gets filled with the aroma of it when cooked. It is the best ingredients to be eaten during this cold sultry winter. Enjoy!!!

Cooking time: 5 mins/piece
Serves: 10 pieces

Ingredients
Step 1
Pumpkin 200g

Step 2
Rolled oats 1/2 cup
Quinoa  seeds 1/2 cup
Clove 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
Ginger
Cinamon powder 1/2 tsp
Salt a pinch
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Baking powder  1 tsp
Milk 1/4cup
Apple cider vinegar  1 tbsp
Pumpkin

Method
Step 1
  • Steam it boul the pumpkins and mash it with a masher.

 Step 2
  • In a mixer jar adds all the dry ingredients and churn it.
  • Then add all the wet ingredients and churn it.
  • Now take out the batter in a bowl.
  • Add the mashed pumpkin to it.
  • Mix it thoroughly.
  • Heat a nonstick pan and drop a dollop of batter.
  • Let it cook on medium to slow flame.
  • Bubbles will form.
  • Let it cook until golden colour.
  • Toss and turn and cook from the other side too.
  • Serve hot with white chocolate chips and honey.
  • Enjoy!!!
