Keto Veg Dimsum

The steaming hot dim sum/momos are a favourite of many. They are very simple to make and tasty too. One can change the stuffing according to their wish even.



Preparation time: 15 mins 
Cooking time: 30 mins
Serve: 9

Ingredient
Step 1
Mix veggies(cabbage40g, capsicum 40g and French beans 40g)
Garlic finely chopped 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1/ tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Step 2
Desiccated Coconut 1 cup
Psyllium husk 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp

Dip
Balsamic vinegar  1 tbsp
Sriracha sauce 1 tsp

Method
Step 1
  • Heat a pan and add oil to it.
  • Now add the finely chopped garlic into it and saute for few secs only.
  • Then add the medley of chopped  vegetables into it
  • Add vinegar salt and mix.
  • Saute it for a few mins
  • Shut the stove and add black pepper powder to it.


Step 2
  • In a big mixing bowl add the ingredients and give a magic mix.
  • Now add little water into it and mix it.
  • Keep it covered and keep it aside.
  • After 15 mins give the mixture a good knead.
  • Take a steamer plate and put parchment sheet.
  • Take a small portion of it and flatten it between your palms a little.
  • Add 1 tsp of stuffing into it.
  • Cover the stuffing with the dough to form a shape whichever shape you like.
  • Place it on the steamer plate.
  • Heat a steamer or a deep pan with lid in which the steel plate can fit.
  • Put a stand if you are using a pan.
  • Add water to the pan/steamer.
  • Put the plate inside it. Cover and cook for 15 mins.
  • Take it out.
  • Slice if needed, that is if they have joined.



For the dip
  • Mix the ingredients.
  • Finale
  • Serve the dim sum with the dip.
  • Enjoy!!!
