Easy Veg Bread muffins | Fully Loaded


The mood swing is in the on position. So many things are rumbling my mind. It may sound chaotic, but that's life. Uncertainty has become a part of life. But, the motto of Get up and get going is always a prime element.
So, made this appetizer in a jiffy.
And, you won't believe it was totally yum and flavourful, it shook me out of my dilemma in minutes.

Baking time: 10 mins

Ingredients

Vegetable layer (Used 1/4 only)

Oil 1 tbsp

Garlic 1 tsp 

Red chilli flakes 1 tsp

Onion medium 1

Carrots 1/4 cup

Cauliflower 1/4 cup

peas 1/4 cup

Salt 1 tsp

Broccoli few pieces

Capsicum 1/4 cup

Moth beans boiled1/4 cup

Tomato Puree 1/2 cup

Black pepper powder 1 tsp


Muffin layer

Bread slices 5

Butter 25g
