Ingredients
Onion small 2
Lemon juice of 1
Honey 1 tsp/Sugar free sweetener 1 tsp
Cantaloupe/muskmelon 250g
Mint leaves 1/4 cup
Red capsicum 2 tbsp
Green chili 1
Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
Black/green Olives 2 tbsp
Method
- In a mixing bowl add the onions, lemon juice & honey.
- Mix it
- Add the other ingredients one by one.
- Give a gentle toss.
- Serve chilled
- Enjoy!!!
