Yes! I am talking about this lemony Frozen Yoghurt, perfectly a killer Green in taste and flavour. Watch the video to make this delicious scoop of dessert. Enjoy!!!
Preparation time: 5 mins Freezing time: 4 hrs Ingredients Basil leaves 1/2 cup Lemon Zest Erythritol 2-3 tbsp Hung curd/greek yoghurt 1 cup
Method
- In a mixer, jar add the washed basil leaves. add in the lemon zest and erythritol and churn it
- After churning add the hung curd/Greek yoghurt and again churn it.
- taste and see if extra Sugar-free needs to be added.
- Now take it out in a container and freeze it for 4-5 hours.
- Take it out. Scoop a 1/4 cup and enjoy
