5 Min Keto Kale Salad

🥗Salad making is an art, and the dressing is the soul💗 of it. These are the best side dish to relish guilt-free. But for me with all the macros fulfilled, I will eat it as a main meal and normally take some buttermilk with it. What about you?

Preparation Time: 5 mins

Step 1 Ingredients Olive oil 1 tbsp Apple cider Vinegar 1 tbsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp Stevia sugarfree 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Mustard sauce 1 tbsp Step 2 Kale leaves 40g Spinach 20g Onion 1 small Cheese 60g Broccoli blanched 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds 2 tbsp

Method Step 1 Mix all the ingredients in a jar and give it a shake Step 2 Add in all the kale & spinach leaves by tearing it Add all the ingredients. Drop the dressing and give a gentle mix. Enjoy!!!
