Ingredients Step 1 Oil 1 tbsp Garlic 1 tsp Carrot-Beans Mix1 .5 cups cauliflower 1 cup Salt 1 tsp Water 1/2 cup Rolled Oats 1/2 cup Milk of choice 400ml Cheese 40g Step 2 Oil 1.5 tbsp Onions 1/4 cup Eggplants 1 cup Salt 3/4 tsp Sweet corn1 cup Garlic 2 tsp Oregano 1 tsp Red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp Paneer/Tofu 150g Boiled red beans 1.5 cup Tomato puree 300g Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Step 3 Cheese 40g
