Preparation time: 20 mins Ingredients Boiled Oats groats 1 cup Cranberries 1/4 cup Boiled carrots 1/2 cup Capsicum diced 1/2 cup Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Lemon juice of 2 Extra virgin Olive oil 1tbsp Fresh thyme a few sprigs
