Ways to Relieve Menstrual Cramps

This is one phase of every month that rarely has women saying they are OK with it or have no issues with it. Sharing my own experience, I myself use to have severe cramps during this time. In fact, I literally use to hate this phase of the month and dreaded it a week earlier, resulting in stress which may be the main reason for the cramps. I still remember how severe use to be my cramps, sipping hot drinks, literally crying in pain, compressing myself into a ball, plus school & games leave, and also secluded from the house, hiding as if it was a crime, the social stigma attached to it, YOU CAN'T TOUCH THIS-YOU CAN'T SIT HERE, which added more to my emotional woe. Many of you of my age group 50+ would agree or have gone through these in some way or another. (Would love to hear your side of the stories if you feel comfortable sharing) But, now times have changed, women are more aware, more open to talks, and take steps to overcome this period of this cyclic cramp more easily. But still, there are many who still faces these cramps in a severe way, making life standstill. Sharing some simple healthy ways to overcome and ease yourself.
