If you are missing the Rice idli, or Rava Idli, the Tempting White colour, the Softness, the fluffiness of Normal Idlis, then you are at the right place.

Ingredients
Paneer 1 cup
Coconut flour 1/2 cup
Psyllium husk 10g
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 2tsp
Hung curd 1tsp
Salt to taste
Water as required
Method
- In a mixer, jar adds all the dry ingredients.
- Then add paneer, oil, and hung curd and churn it.
- The consistency should be like a soft dough if not add little water to it.
- Take it out and divide into 8 parts.
- Roll each into rounds and flatten a bit as shown in the video.
- Now grease the microwave idli maker and put the flattened dough.
- Now steam in the microwave for 3 Mins on high.
- Take it out.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney and Keto sambar.
Note: the batter of idli should be soft but holdable.
