This Mushroom Soup in an Easy & a Quick Version. it just takes & mins to prepare. Enjoy!!!
Preparation time: 2 mins
Cooking time: 5 mins
Serves 2
Ingredients
Mushroom 150g
Butter 25g
Garlic 2-3pods
Ginger 1-2 slices
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped 1tsp
Method
In a chopper, jar adds ginger, garlic and mushroom and chop it finely.
Now heat a deep pan and add butter to it.
Add the churned mixture and Saute it for 2mins.
Now add salt and Red chilli powder (optional)
Add water and bring to a boil.
Next, add cream and it's done.
Serve it in a Soup bowl garnished with black pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves.
