This is a Super quick Personal pan pizza & there is no dough required for it. It tastes like Pizza & looks YUMMLICIOUS too. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients
Cheese 150g
Almond flour 5tsp
Capsicums red, yellow, green finely chopped 60g
Mushroom stalk finely chopped 60g
Onion finely chopped 30g
Sliced black olives 3 tbsp
Oil 3 tsp
For No cook marinara sauce
Tomato puree 100g
Garlic finely chopped 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Method
For No cook marinara sauce
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients of marinara sauce and give it a thorough mix.
Finale
- Take 3 baking trays with side or baking plates with rim
- Grease it.
- Sprinkle some cheese over it, make a layer.
- Now sprinkle almond flour.
- Then the marinara sauce 1 tsp in each.
- Then sprinkle all the vegetables one by one.
- Now again sprinkle the remaining marinara sauce and the cheese.
- Decorate with the black olive slices
- Put it to grill for 8-10mins, until golden.
- Serve hot
