very simple and easy recipe, which can be made in a jiffy and perfect for this
awesome weather. The garlicky flavour will mesmerise you. A dish which I had many
a time during my weight loss journey. Enjoy!!!
Preparation time: 5 mins

Ingredients
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Green chillies 4-5 pieces
Green beans 30g
Salt 1 tsp
Capsicum green 40g
Capsicum yellow 40g
Capsicum red 40g
Cauli-rice 200g
Xanthan gum 1/2tsp
Method
- Heat a pan add oil to it.
- Then add the finely chopped garlic into it. Saute it.
- Then add the green chillies and the rest of the veggies and saute it intermittently.
- Now add salt and then add the cauli-rice into it.
- Add water and cover and cook.
- Now in a small bowl make a gel if xanthan gum with little water. Drop that mix and adjust the water with the type of slurring you want. Give a boil.
- It's done
- Serve hot
- Enjoy!!!!
