Who doesn't want an Instant healthy recipe? This is a delicious, sumptuous full of health benefits soup. Enjoy!!!




Preparation time: 5 mins

Cooking time: 5 mins

Serves: 4


Ingredients

Peas 400g

Garlic 1-2 pods

Cashewnuts 1/4 cup

Green chillies 1 

Ginger 1 inch

Spinach 1/2 cup

Salt 1/2 tsp

Water 400ml 

Heat a Pan

Oil 1tbsp 

Black pepper powder 1 tsp
