Keto Cauliflower Hummus

Keto  Cauliflower Hummus is a gluten free, nut free, grain free, lactose-free dish. You can serve with Nachos, cheese sticks, vegetable sticks such as cucumber, radish, etc. It is an easy dish and less time consuming and can be easily prepared in minutes.

Ingredients:
Cauliflower florets 300g
Garlic cloves 4
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Olive oil 1 &1/2 tbsp
Kosher salt (sea salt) 1 Tsp
Red paprika powder 1 Tsp
Water 1/2 cup

Method:
  • Boil the cauliflower florets or microwave it for 3 mins. Drain the water.
  • Now in a mixer grinder add sesame seeds, cloves of garlic, salt, Olive oil half the quantity, and salt.
  • Churn it, add water and grind it fine.
  • Now take it out in a serving bowl.
  • Drizzle the remaining Olive oil.
  • Sprinkle chili paprika powder and serve.
