Onion Rava dosa is an all-time favourite, so thought of making it in keto style.

Serves: 4 Dosas

Ingredients:
Almond flour 20g
Flaxseed flour 10g
Psyllium husk 5g
Cheese Grated 20g
Onion 30g
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Ginger - chilli paste 1tso
Water 1 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
salt
Method:
- In a bowl Mix all the dry ingredients including salt, cheese, cumin seeds, and ginger-chilli paste.
- Now add water.
- Make a medium flowing paste.
- Now heat a nonstick pan or Tawa.
- When hot sprinkle some onions over the tawa or griddle
- Now sprinkle the batter on the onions.
- Drizzle oil over the dosa.
- Let it cook for 8-10 mins on a slow flame.
- When cooked slowly take out the dosa and serve hot with coconut or green chutney.
- This batter will make 4 keto Onion Rava style dosas.
