Keto Onion Rava Style Dosa

Onion Rava dosa is an all-time favourite, so thought of making it in keto style. 

Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
Serves: 4 Dosas

Ingredients:
Almond flour 20g
Flaxseed flour 10g
Psyllium husk 5g
Cheese Grated 20g
Onion 30g
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Ginger - chilli paste 1tso
Water 1 cup 
Oil 1 tbsp
salt

Method:

  • In a bowl Mix all the dry ingredients including salt, cheese, cumin seeds, and ginger-chilli paste. 
  • Now add water.
  • Make a medium flowing paste. 
  • Now heat a nonstick pan or Tawa. 
  • When hot sprinkle some onions over the tawa or griddle
  • Now sprinkle the batter on the onions.
  • Drizzle oil over the dosa. 
  • Let it cook for 8-10 mins on a slow flame. 
  • When cooked slowly take out the dosa and serve hot with coconut or green chutney. 
  • This batter will make 4 keto Onion Rava style dosas.
