Almonds are a powerhouse of health. It increases good Cholesterol that is HDL and lowers bad Cholesterol that is LDL. It is very rich in minerals and vitamins. Ons should have at least 8-10 Almonds daily.
Almonds can be easily floured at home. Buying from the store turns out to be costly. And the one I am showing is very easy and quick to be prepared. It has all the fibres intact.

Method
- In a Dry Grinder jar of a Mixy, add almonds to it.
- Pulse it for 1 - 2 secs.
- Then open it. It will be now flaky
- Again churn it for 2-3 Mins on medium speed.
- Again open it and if it is not yet fine again churn it for 2,- 3 mins till its powdery.
- Take it out in a bowl.
- Let it cool and then transfer it to an airtight container.
- Now it's ready to be used for Halwa, cookies, or any other recipes to be made.
Tips
When making the flour do not churn at high speed, otherwise, the flour will become lumpy as oil will start coming out of it.
