Almond Halwa is an Indian sweet, which is prepared especially for Marriage functions, or special occasions. In the normal preparation, wheat flour is also added and is time-consuming, but in keto, we make it with almonds only.
Trust me the Keto version is better in taste, and equally easy to prepare.

Ingredients
Almond flour 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Ghee/Vegan butter 1 tbsp
Stevia powder 1/3 cup
Cardamom powder 1/ 2 Tsp
Almond slivers 2 Tsp
Method
- Put water to boil in a saucepan.
- Heat a nonstick pan, then add ghee and let it warm.
- Then add almond flour.
- Saute it in medium heat until it becomes a bit brown.
- It takes about 5 mins.
- Now when the flour turns brown and leaves ghee from the sides, slowly add the boiling water.
- Be careful as it sputters.
- Add ground cardamom powder about 1/2 tsp for good flavour.
- Then Saute till the water dries up, and leaves ghee.
- Then add stevia,
- Mix it thoroughly.
- Switch off the stove.
- And it's ready
- Take it out in a serving bowl and decorate it with almond slivers.
