Ingredients
Zucchini fine strips about 100 g or 1 cup
Yellow Capsicum thinly sliced 50 g
Red Capsicum thinly sliced 50 g
Green Capsicum finely sliced 50 g
Cabbage finely sliced 50 g
French beans finely sliced 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 Tsp
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 Tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Method
- Heat a wok add 3 tbsp oil to it.
- Heat the oil and add garlic to it.
- Then add french beans, stir for 1 min.
- Then add Yellow Red and Green Capsicum.
- Then add the Cabbage, toss it properly.
- Add salt, and soya sauce.
- Then add the Zoodles.
- With a tong mix it properly.
- Then add vinegar to it.
- Then add black pepper, mix it
- Serve hot in a serving bowl.
