Nothing more do we miss on a Keto journey than these Potato Wedges. But hey! Now no worries. Here from now on, we can leisurely enjoy keto Potato Wedges.
So here comes the brother of Potato. Radish, yes, so the Keto brother of Potato is Radish.
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time:10 mins / 20 mins
Serves: 2
Ingredients
Radish 250g
Sea Salt 1tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Method
- if the Radish is long, cut it into 2-inch pieces.
- (And if it is round then cut it into 4 pieces lengthwise)
- Then cut each piece into 4 parts lengthwise.
- Now put all the pieces into a bowl and add salt, black pepper powder and oil.
- Mix it thoroughly.
- Now heat the Oven to 200c.
- I have used Electric Tandoor, this makes the cooking time half. Now transfer on to a Parchment paper, each wedge pieces should be flat. On the parchment paper.
- Now bake it for 10 mins in electric tandoor and if using Oven then 20 mins.
- Take it out and cool it.
- Serve with your favourite sauce.
- I have served with a garlic Flavoured sauce prepared with cream cheese water salt and garlic flakes.
