Chinese style Paneer salt and pepper as a starter is one of my favourites. Whenever eating Chinese, this one I order always. But once I tried at home, and realised it's so Easy and such a Quickie, with very few ingredients needed. Only thing is that it has to be prepared fresh. You will be surprised when seeing how it is made and regret spending the amount of money we pay for it.

Ingredients
Paneer 200g
Capsicum cubed big 80g
Onions cubed big singled shells 50g
Salt 1 tsp
Peppercorns 2 - 3 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Method
- Heat a nonstick pan.
- Add oil to it, heat it.
- Add capsicums, onions and Saute it.
- Then add salt.
- Cook it for 2 Mins.
- Meanwhile crush the peppercorns coarsely with a pestle. Keep it aside.
- Add paneer to the pan, and Saute for 3mins, shut the stove.
- Now the main flavour is to be added, add freshly crushed peppercorns to it.
- Mix it, and serve hot.
- Have it with Keto Veg Hakka (Z)Noodles.
Note:
Peppercorns have to be crushed coarsely FRESH. (about 1 peppercorns breaks into 3 - 4 pieces)
