Keto Eggless Choco-Walnut Cake(A Quickie)

Tried so many times eggless cake, but something or the other went wrong. Either it was watery or hard like a biscuit until got a Perfect Recipe. So make and Enjoy the Keto Eggless Choco Walnut Cake as I am enjoying. It's a Quick and an Easy Recipe.


Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 3 mins
Serves: 6

Ingredients 
Almond flour 25g
Flaxseed flour 10g
Coconut flour 35g
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Stevia 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbs
Baking powder 1/2tsp 
Cream 2 tsp
Chocolate sugarfree or 90%dark chocolate 
Water 6 tbsp,
Walnuts 3-4 halves chopped chunky

Method 
  • In a mixing bowl add almond flour, Flaxseed flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and stevia. 
  • Mix it thoroughly. 
  • Now add oil, cream and water and mix it thoroughly to form a thick batter. 
  • Grease a microwave oven bowl. 
  • Add the batter to it. 
  • Pat it with a spoon. 
  • Sprinkle Choco chips or cut Chocolate pieces and crushed walnuts. 
  • Microwave it for 3 mins.
  • Take it out and let it rest for 10 mins.
  • Now take it out of the dish and Enjoy. 

Note: You can make this without choco chips or walnuts, use any nuts or without nuts even.
