Keto Pav Bhaji is a famous Street food of Mumbai in India. One can call it an Indian Spicy Risotto too. It's an easy and a Quickie version. And I have given a twist by serving this with Grilled Paneer Slices. So make it and enjoy.

Ingredients
For the Bhaji
Cauli-rice 150g
Capsicum 150g
Onion 100g
Tomato puree 1/2 cup
Garlic finely chopped 1 tsp
Salt 1 & 1/2tsp
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Pav bhaji masala 1 & 1/2tbsp
Butter 80g
For the Pav
Paneer 300g
Salt to sprinkle
Butter 10g
For Garnishing
Coriander leaves finely chopped
Onions finely chopped 50g

Method
- Chop all the vegetables viz onion, Cauliflower & capsicum in a chopper or food processor one by one.
- Heat a nonstick pan, and add butter to it.
- Add garlic, Saute it and add then add onions.
- Saute it till golden and then add capsicum.
- Saute again for 2 mins and then add Cauliflower.
- Now add salt and turmeric powder and mix it.
- Then add water and cover and cook for 5 mins until vegetables turn tender.
- Now add pav bhaji masala, chilli powder and tomato puree and mix and let it cook for 10mins, stirring occasionally.
For the Pav
- Cut paneer into slices like bread. It will make 6 slices out of it.
- Heat a grill pan.
- Add butter, melt it and place the paneer slices. Sprinkle salt over it.
- Grill it from both the sides until golden.
Finale
- On a plate serve the Bhaji in a flattened bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander and onions.
- Put some butter on top.
- Serve this with Lemon wedges and 2 grilled Paneer slices as shown in the video.
Note: I have used paneer and it tasted awesome. If u want authenticity then serve with buttered keto bread (https://youtu.be/KnzNkwT0psw) toasted on a pan.
