Keto Zucchini Cheesy Fries are an Awesome dish and very easy to make. It's like having Pakoras or Fritters but in a baked style. I try to make the dish which is quick and easy, and this is also one of them. So do try and you will love it.

Serves: 3
Ingredients
Zucchini 200g
For Dip :
Cream 20g
cheese 30g
Garlic powder1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Water 1 tbsp
Kosher Salt 1/2 tsp
For Coating:
Almond flour 50g
Red paprika powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Method
- Slice the Zucchini into wedge shapes.
Dip Preparation :
- In a bowl add cream, cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, oil and water.
- Blend it well.
- Keep aside
Coating Mixture:
- In a flat plate mix almonds-flour, salt and chilli powder.
- Keep it aside.
Finale:
- Take each piece of the Zucchini, dip it into the dip mixture and then roll it into the coating mixture and place the wedges on an oven safe tray.
- Do this for all the Zucchini slices.
- Now, bake it in the preheated oven at 200c for 15-20 Mins or more.
- It took 20 mins for me.
- Take it out and serve hot with your favourite sauce or dip.
Note: if your baking tray is not nonstick then use a Parchment paper on the tray.
