Keto Methi Paneer Malai (Veg & Eggless)

Methi Matar Malai is a very famous Indian  Veg Gravy. And the Keto version is no less. Presenting the Keto Methi Paneer Malai(Keto Fenugreek Paneer in Creamy Gravy). This can be eaten alone also and can be served with Tortillas, Nachos, Roti or Pieces of bread even. So enjoy. 

Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
Serves: 4 

Ingredients 
Fenugreek leaves finely chopped 50g
Paneer 200g
Cream 2tbsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Ghee 2tsp
Salt 1tsp
Stevia 1 tsp

To be ground into a paste
Almonds 20g 
Cloves 3
Cardamom pod 2
Coriander leaves finely chopped 1tbsp
Coconut flour 10 g
Water 2 tbsp

Method
  • Heat ghee in a pan. 
  • Add Cumin seeds and Saute it. 
  • Then add the fenugreek leaves and Saute for 2-3 mins. 
  • Then add the grounded paste. 
  • Add water to the mixer jar and shake it and pour it in the pan. 
  • Add some more water and stir and boil for 3 mins. 
  • Then add Paneer to it. 
  • Add salt and stevia. 
  • Give it a boil by stirring intermittently 
  • Serve hot garnished with fresh cream and garam masala(allspice).
