Keto Ladyfingers / Bhendi / Okra Nachos

In summertime and especially during rainy seasons, it is difficult to get cauliflowers. So came up with a new way of eating the Nachos. Enjoy the ladyfinger, Okra or Bhindi whatever you call in a different Avatar. It is a vegetable which gives a distinct flavour to this dish.

Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
Grilling time: 8-10 mins
Serve: 4

Ingredients 
Ladyfinger 200g
Salt 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Marinara sauce 100g
Mozerella Cheese 100g
Green chillies or Jalapeno sliced
Black Olives sliced. 

Method 
  • Remove the head of the ladyfingers and slit longitudinally and then cut into 1to 1&1/2 inch pieces. 
  • Put salt and mix it. 
  • Heat oil in a pan for frying. 
  • Now in medium to high heat fry the ladyfingers pieces in batches until crisp. 
  • Take it out on a tissue paper so that extra oil is absorbed by the paper. 
  • Now on a nonstick baking tray or put parchment paper on the baking tray and spread a single layer of the fried ladyfingers evenly. 
  • Spread Marinara sauce in controlled portions and spread it with a spoon. 
  • Sprinkle cheese all over it. 
  • Now place the cut roundels of green chillies and black olives. 
  • Grill it for 8-10 mins. 
  • Take it out and slice it and serve hot with red chilli flakes and Oregano.
