Ingredients
Paneer cut into big cubes 200g
Capsicum cubed singles 100g
Onion cubed singles 50g
Curry leaves 30g
Hung curd 4tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
Wooden sticks 5-6
Butter 20g
Method
In a pan dry roast, the curry leaves until crisp.
Powder it by crushing it with hand.
Now in a bowl add hung curd.
To this add ginger garlic paste, salt, ghee, and garam masala
Now marinate the paneer pieces.
Take wooden screws which were dipped in water for at least 1/2 hour.
Thread the capsicum paneer onions alternately.
Make the skewers ready.
Now heat a Nonstick flat pan and apply butter to it.
Place the skewers on the pan and let it cook on slow flame till done from one side and then turn and cook from all sides.
When done serve hot with green chutney, finely sliced onions and lemon wedges.
Recipe Note:
Alternatively, you can bake in an oven at 200cfor 15-20 Mins.
This marination can be used for your non-veg stuff too, like chicken, mutton, etc.
