Golden Pumpkin Soup

The Golden colour is just the right amount of Sunshine sprayed in this Pumpkin Soup. So creamy and thick plus so easy and time-saving that you will enjoy making and having it too.

Cooking time: 5 mins
Serves: 3

Ingredients
Pumpkin cubes steamed or boiled 200g
Cheese cubed or sliced 50 g
Garlic minced 1 tsp
Butter 30g
Salt to taste

For Garnishing
Cream
Coriander leaves finely chopped.

Method
In a jar of the mixer grinder add pumpkin pieces.
Add minced garlic and cheese.
Blend it to a fine paste.
Heat a deep pan and add butter to it.
When the butter melts add the blended pureed pumpkin to it.
Mix about 2 cup water to the blender and shake it.
Add salt and stir it again.
Pour it into the pan.
Let it boil, until it thickens.
Take It out in a Soup bowl. garnish with cream and finely chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
