Savoury muffins are one of my favourites. To make it keto friendly was not very difficult, this is a beautiful colourful dish pleasing to eyes and Tasty too. So Enjoy making as I did.
Preparation time: 15 min.
Cooking time: 3 min
Serve: 8 pieces
Ingredients
Almond flour 100g
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Paneer crumbled 200g
Green Capsicum 40g
Red Capsicum 40g
Yellow Capsicum 40g
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Hung curd 1 tbsp
Method
In a mixing bowl mix all the dry ingredients thoroughly.
Then add all the wet ingredients and again mix it thoroughly.
Then transfer into paper muffin moulds or silicone moulds and microwave it for 3 mins.
Alternately you can bake at 200c for 15 mins.
